100 Night Sleep Trial

Your new mattress needs time to adjust to your body. Sleep on it for 21 nights. Please sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 21 nights to allow your mattress to adjust to your body and your body to adjust to your mattress. This is considered the adjustment period of a new mattress and studies show most people experience some initial level of discomfort during this period. If after 21 days you are not completely comfortable, we will do our best to match you to your right mattress within 100 days of your original mattress delivery date. Valid for one exchange and/or one return per purchase. A pick up delivery fee of $99 and a 10% restocking fee based off of original mattress purchase price will be subtracted from your return credit that can be applied to the purchase price of a new mattress. If your exchange mattress still isn’t comfortable after 21 days and prior to 100 days you can return it with a pick up delivery fee of $99 and receive, as a refund, the purchase price of your mattress less a restocking fee equal to 25% of your mattress purchase price. Tru Furniture is unable to exchange or refund any stained, unsanitary or damaged mattresses under the 100 Night Sleep Trial. Waterproof mattress protectors are highly recommended to ensure your mattress remains in like new condition to qualify for an exchange. Please keep all factory tags on the mattress to ensure it qualifies for both Warranty and 100 Night Sleep Trial Program.
