Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. Duties

Requirements

Job Summary
Tru Furniture, a rapidly growing, family-owned company that has been expanding our footprint in the community for over a decade, is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Customer Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations Specialist. This role is the backbone of our delivery process — ensuring customers receive the right furniture, at the right time, in perfect condition. Duties

  • Coordinate and route daily deliveries for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct a full weekly delivery audit, confirming all items scheduled or arriving at the warehouse.
  • Physically verify and label products in the warehouse before scheduling.
  • Manage warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational standards.
  • Load furniture onto trucks when needed and accompany delivery crews on deliveries.
  • Schedule customer delivery time windows based on geography, expectations, and operational capacity.
  • Communicate directly with customers to confirm delivery details using a consistent, professional approach.
  • Maintain accurate delivery and communication records in company systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse operations through new systems, procedures, and technology.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures within the warehouse.
  • Lead with a mindset of ownership — seeing needs and addressing them without waiting for direction.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency with technology and scheduling software.
  • Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse operations, or fulfillment strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written — with a professional, customer-first demeanor.
  • Ability to lift and move furniture when needed and work in a warehouse environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for efficiency, logistics, and customer satisfaction.
