Once your furniture is in your home and you discover the furniture doesn’t fit or isn’t quite what you imagined, you can request to return your items within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

Stock Items: 100% on Tru Furniture gift card. OR 90% back on debit or credit card.
Need us to pick it up: $49 local / $99 21-55 miles.
Custom Orders: 75% on Tru Furniture gift card or return on card for custom orders.

"As-Is" Items

Items purchased “AS-IS” are final sales and cannot be returned or cancelled. Some of these items may be sold with pre-existing defects or imperfections, so it’s a good idea to inspect these items in person before making a purchase.

Mattresses

One comfort exchange between 21 days and 100 days. 90% back on gift card or original payment method.

Non-Returnable: Stained, damaged, or unsanitary mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged. We also cannot return or exchange any mattress with the Mattress Law tags removed.

$99 21-55 miles from store. Over $3500 free.

+$19 each item to move one of your furniture items to a different room of house or garage that isn’t part of your new furniture delivery.

+$99 each item to move one of your furniture items to a different location within 10 miles that isn’t part of your new furniture delivery (ie.: purchased new sofa and giving old sofa to your friend or neighbor within 10 miles).
