Refund policy

Once your furniture is in your home and you discover the furniture doesn’t fit or isn’t quite what you imagined, you can request to return your items within 7 days of delivery or pickup. All merchandise eligible for return must be in like-new condition and free from odors, pet hair, debris, stains, markings, or any other signs of wear or damage. All returned items are subject to inspection by an authorized Tru Furniture representative prior to acceptance. Tru Furniture reserves the right to deny a return or assess a restocking fee of up to fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price if the merchandise fails to meet the stated condition requirements. Stock Items: 100% back in Tru Furniture store credit. OR 90% back on debit or credit card. Need us to pick it up:$99 21-55 miles. Custom Orders: 75% on Tru Furniture gift card or return on card for custom orders.

Items purchased “AS-IS” are final sales and cannot be returned or cancelled. Some of these items may be sold with pre-existing defects or imperfections, so it’s a good idea to inspect these items in person before making a purchase.
