Furniture:
Any furniture item may be returned up to 7 days after possession date. Possession would be the date that furniture was either delivered to customer or picked up by customer. Furniture must be in original showroom condition and free of any odors/pet hair/stains scratches dings or dents. Special orders(1) may not be returned or exchanged. Outside of 7 days customer can check with the manufacturer on warranty options if manufacturing defects become apparent. If furniture was delivered by Tru Furniture we will pick up returned items, but original delivery fee will not be returned.
Used Furniture:
All sales final on used furniture
Clothing:
Clothes can be returned or exchanged for a different size if tags are still on clothing and the item is in original new condition.
If tags are removed, clothing items can be returned on exchanged up to 7 days after purchase with receipt if in original new conditions and has not been worn.
All other items:
With receipt, items can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after purchase as long as in new, showroom quality, original condition.
Any return over $25 will require managerial approval and could take additional time when in store. For fastest results call prior to bringing your return back to the store.
Dollar amount of return will be processed back onto card that was used to make purchase. Please note that return time can take up to 10 days to finalize in your account depending on your cards processing time. No cash will be given in any return over $25. In the event you paid cash for original purchase we will mail you a check within 7 days of return.

Special orders are any item that a customer prepaid for, to order the item specifically for them. If customer ordered a special order item but we normally carry item in the store we may be able to work with customers. Contact us in any special order request return situation so we can work best with your schedule.
